HER FOOD BITES: What attracted me to this restaurant was its ambiance, but there's absolutely more than the aesthetic Japanese feel of this place. I ordered the Double Cheese Tsukemen which separates the broth/ soup with the noodles. You may choose from hot or cold al dente noodles with parmesan cheese. This would require you to pour the cheese (something like Cheese Whiz) on your noodles, dip them in the broth, then enjoy the savory flavors in your mouth. The broth was very flavorful and as M said "a lot is going on with this soup." Enough reason to visit and discover the wonderful flavors of this place.

HIS FOOD BITES: Being a ramen lover, I was extremely stoked when R mentioned that she wanted us to try out Mitsuyado Sei-Men. I heard that they served Tsukemen noodles, a different style of ramen since it is served with a dipping soup/sauce on the side where one would sink the noodles before you heartily slurp away. I personally haven't tried that yet so I readily agreed on R's recommended resto.
I opted to try out their Curry Tsukemen during our visit. Perhaps one of the best qualities of the Tsukemen, when compared to the typical ramen, is that the noodles would never get soggy since it is actually separated from the actual soup that comes with it. The curry soup had just the right amount of spiciness into it, not the level of spiciness that would dull your tongue's ability to do it's work properly, There was a subtle harmony with the perfectly cooked noodles and the spicy curry. Great food with a really cool Japanese ambiance then add in your friends and/or family, a sure-fire formula for a wonderful time. Have a great day, everyone!
About the venue: A great looking pseudo Japanese street food place confined within the well air-conditioned restaurant. Free Parking is available in front of the venue.
