HER FOOD BITES: I had the Ajitama Tonkotsu Ramen which had a half-boiled egg fully marinated with a special blended soy sauce base. It had just the right saltiness to make the hot ramen savory. With its egg perfectly half-boiled, one would know that the ramen they serve is truly authentic. I also loved their gyoza which was really juicy that one would think they're eating xiao long bao. Hehe. Really tasty and yummy! :)

HIS FOOD BITES: One of Ikkoryu Fukuoka Ramen's best seller immediately became my target during our visit. I steered away from my usual spicy ramen choice to give way for their Black Garlic Tokotsu ramen and I would definitely recommend it to people who would be visiting this ramen place. The taste of garlic blended well with the flavor of the soup and gave just the right amount of kick to make it a really exceptional and unique ramen. Would definitely go back to try out their other ramen soon!
About the venue: Its unique and interesting interiors combining black and red furniture with wood makes eating their ramen really delectable. They also have a bar where you can watch the chefs in action while they make your ramen. The venue can sit around 30 people.
