HER FOOD BITES: Fluffy four-layered pancakes with chunks of Toblerone AND Salted Caramel? YUM! But I had the tendency to eventually find it too sweet, so for me, it really is meant for sharing. The taste of the turkey ham with the hollandaise sauce in the Eggs Benedict was a great combination. Top it off with some tomatoes to give it a refreshing taste.

HIS FOOD BITES: Their poached eggs were done just the way I liked it. CBTL Bistro has a very cozy interior that was perfect for our Sunday brunch. Their staff was really attentive and accommodating. It was refreshing to experience that level of service here in Manila. Their training staff must have done something right. Kudos to them.
Highlight(s) of the visit: We had to walk all the way from The Fort Strip parking to the 26th St. since CBTL did not have its own parking space, unless there is a basement parking provided by the Net Lima bldg. This is not the usual CBTL coffee place where you order over-the-counter, but instead it is a dining place where servers take your orders while you are seated. The ambiance was very nice and cozy, and it's not just for breakfast. Don't hesitate to ask anything from their very friendly and helpful servers because they'll surely attend to your needs.
