HER FOOD BITES: The tasty asado was a great combination for the bread of the siopao which was toasted just right. I've tried the toasted siopao in Naga, and this one is a close alternative.

HIS FOOD BITES: I always look for toasted siopao whenever I am in the Binondo area as a pasalubong for my family. I was really hopeful that I could find a place in the Metro that could be on the same level of taste that Binondo provided. If you are miles away from Binondo though, this might be something you could try out. It is a lot cheaper yet smaller though.
About the venue: There were a lot of people waiting to order, but they gave out numbers to make it a little orderly. They only do take-out orders. You can watch the bakers in action while they actually make the siopao! Parking is provided for around 3-4 cars, or risk parking along the road.
Recommended for: Those who need a not-so-quite quick fix
